Charter Cancellation Policy

By making the reservation you agree to our cancellation policy which states, but is not limited to, the following:
Charter cancellation prior to 72 hours will receive a full refund minus $35.00 service fee. Charter canceled within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit (25% of charter value)  booked on the card given for reservation. Last-minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the quoted charter rate plus sales tax. 

No Shows will be charged full charter price plus sales tax.

If cancellation occurs due to weather conditions (the Captain will make that determination on the morning of the charter), or mechanical problems a full refund will be received.
